Real estate in Poland can double your investment

Sounds too good to be true? Well, let's take 2 simple examples, based on my personal story –

  1. Short term – on March 2018 I purchased an apartment at one of our projects in Warsaw (Bohema, Praga) for the price of ~400,000 PLN (equal to NIS). The payment terms – 30% down payment and the rest upon completion of construction (end of 2019). If I choose to sell the apartment just before completion, I'll be able to sell it for ~500,000 – 550,000 PLN (the prices for similar completed apartments today), and also based of the fact that the price usually increases by 15-20% during the construction period, plus 5%-9% average annual increase in Poland. So, I can double my actual investment of ~120,000 PLN ("cash on cash").
  2. Long term – if I choose to keep my apartment and rent it for a few years, I will enjoy a monthly income of 2500 – 3000 PLN and all estimates indicate that I may be able to sell it in 5 years for double the original price. Poland is moving towards being a western developed economy in all other parameters and will also equalize the prices of real estate.

It is important to mention that the apartment is registered on my name and I can sell it whenever I choose, also thanks to the high demand and shortage of apartments.
